Qualifications

• Recognized certificate/diploma/degree and/or combination of training and/or experience

• Demonstrating a high level of confidentiality

• Demonstrating technical skills

• Knowledge of the organization (strategic priorities, values, goals, services and programs, health care) and First Nations culture.

• Previous working experience with First Nations people and demonstrate an understanding of the health and social issues encountered by First Nation people and a willingness to learn about and accept First Nations cultures.

• Demonstrated ability to handle highly sensitive information and documents exercising confidentiality, discretion, good judgement, and exercising tact, courtesy, and diplomacy always.

• Demonstrate a high degree of flexibility and adaptability to balance the changing needs of the organization.• A successful criminal record check and a valid class 5 driver’s license is required.
