BattleRiver Treaty 6 Health Centre Inc. is seeking applications for a
PermanentFull-Time Community Based Health Services – Clinical Assistant
Salary Range: $47,320.00 to $56,183.40
Hours of Work: 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday toFriday, Company Vehicle provided.
Qualifications
· Diploma or certificate in related field or equivalent experience.
· Knowledge of EMR and billing systems.
· Good understanding of population healthprinciples and concepts
· Must be able to work as an effective team member and to work independently, in a self-motivated manner.
· Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
· Willingness to travel and possession of a valid Class 5 driver'slicense, work flexible hours, possibility of some evenings and weekends.
· Previous working experience with First Nations people and demonstrate an understanding of the health & social issues encountered by First Nation people.
· Willingness to learn about and accept First Nations cultures. Knowledge of Plains Cree Language is a definite asset.
· Must provide a clear criminal record check with vulnerable sector.
· Advanced knowledge and proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word,PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel) Publisher, and technological platforms such as Microsoft Teams, etc.
