Competencies and Qualifications

• Minimum Grade 12 or an acceptable equivalent

• Minimum 2 years’ janitorial and light maintenance experience  

• Must possess a valid Class 5 Drivers License  

• Must be able to work independently and with minimal supervision  

• Proficiency in the use of carpet cleaner, vacuum cleaner, stripping/floor waxing equipment, tools    

• Must provide a successful current criminal record check with vulnerable sector.

• High degree of confidentiality is essential; must have the ability to adhere to confidentiality guidelines.

• Must have a reliable method of transportation to and from work.  

• Previous working experience with First Nations people and demonstrate an understanding of the health and social issues encounter

20 Hour work week – (2:00 pm - 6:00 pm)   Competitive 6 Step Salary Grid: $19,988.80 – $23,743.20
