QUALIFICATIONS

• University degree in bachelor’s or Master of Nursing
• Three years of expertise in Home Care and direct Diabetes, Cardiovascular and other chronic conditions with direct education experience.
• Certification as a Diabetes Educator with the Canadian Diabetes Association is considered an asset however not required.  
• To be a registered nurse in good standing with the College of Registered Nurses of Saskatchewan (CRNS)
• CPR and First Aid
• Understand the principles of trauma informed care and how to create safe spaces for clients
• Excellent communication skills-written and oral
• Demonstrate leadership skills.
• Ability to work independently and strong interpersonal skills, being able to work collaboratively with a team.
• Knowledge of the organization (strategic priories, values, goals, services, and programs), health care and First Nations culture.
• A clear understanding of disease prevention, health promotion
• A successful criminal record check with vulnerable sector

6 Step Salary Range: $82,591.60 to $98,079.80

Hours of Work: 8:30 am - 4:00 pm, Monday to Friday
