Qualifications

·        Diploma from a recognized business college. Grade 12 and equivalencies with relatedwork experience will be considered.

·        Experience working in a team setting.

·        Excellent verbal and written communication skills to utilize when assisting clients over the phone, social media, video conferencing, and Telehealth.

·        Should have working knowledge of NIHB Policies and procedures.

·        Ability to work through conflict situations in a positive manner

·        Must be proficient with word processing and spreadsheets, and general office equipment.

·        Demonstrated ability for attention to detail, thoroughness.

·        Confidentiality is essential; the candidate must be capable of maintaining high levels of confidentiality

·        Must provide a successful criminal record check with the vulnerable sector.

·        Knowledge of and sensitivity to the First Nations language

·        Previousworking experience with First Nations people and a willingness to learn aboutand accept First Nations cultures.

·        Must have a valid Class 5 driver's License
