Qualifications

• Diploma from a recognized business college.  Grade 12 and equivalencies with related work experience will be considered.

• Minimum one (1) year hands on experience with a multi-line switchboard

• Comfortable interacting with the general public, both in person and over the phone

• Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures

• Knowledge of computers and relevant software application.

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

• Must be available on short notice.

• Must provide a successful current criminal record with vulnerable sector check

• Confidentiality is essential.

• Demonstrate an understanding of the health and social issues encountered by First Nation people and a willingness to learn about and accept First Nations cultures.
